First off, you can only have 3 harpies in a deck. Harpie lady 1, 2, and 3 and Cyber Harpie's names are treated as harpie lady on the field AND in the deck, so you can only have 3. The queen, however, is a harpie only on the field, so you can have 3 of her in addition to the other harpies.
The equip cards are a waste of space.
Remember the deck staples; MST, heavy storm, torrential tribute, dimensional prison, solemn judgment, maybe dark bribe. Include all these.
Too many fields, mountain sucks. Either have 3 hunting ground or 2 hunting ground and Rising Air Current.
Again, you're using too many monsters. I dont know what a couple of them are, but there are plenty that can be taken out. I would keep Garuda, 3 harpies, the queens, Birdface, and maybe a Harpie Brother. Others are dispensable; make your own choices on those.
